Amenities per space: 8 foot table, one chair, 8 foot back drape, 8 foot drape between stalls.
We are offering vendors the opportunity to provide a quick demo/mini workshop or a chance to showcase your shop. (Your specialty "niche", any classes or events you have upcoming.) We hope these presentations would help drive business to your booth and increase your sales. Demonstrations by vendors will all be in the Leduc Arts Foundry (directly across the corridor from the Field House). The Foundry offers a quieter and more intimate space for these presentations. An hour will be provided for each demonstration, allowing 10 minutes to set up, 45 minutes for the mini workshop/demonstration, and 5 minutes for teardown.
We will advertise your shop as part of our Vendor Spotlight leading up to the event and would encourage you to advertise your presence at our QuiltFest to your customers who may travel to see you and may order ahead from your store and pick up at the event. Quilt Show posters will be sent out to you in advance and we would ask that you promote our show in your store.
After the last two years, quilters want to attend shows! Quilters are ready to spend some money and replenish their stash!
