What is an old fashioned bed turning? Bed Turning demonstrations are showing up lately at quilt shows around the country. It is a unique way of telling the stories and history of quilts in a cozy kind of way. Quilts have a long history of not only being used for warmth, but are also considered a form of art. They are a pictorial history of the lives and experiences as told from the Quilter themselves. QuiltFest 2022 is pleased to present an old fashioned bed turning on both Friday October 14 and Saturday October 15 from 1-2pm in the Leduc Arts Foundry at the Leduc Recreation Centre.
